Cheryl felt a ping in her chest. She didn’t know how to respond to the text she had received from Katy. She proceeded to take a deep breath to stabilize her emotions. Luckily, she had become an expert on suppressing her feelings during inopportune moments.

6 months since a new chapter but I felt like writing so maybe you’ll feel like reading. Most of this is a recap so that we can all remember what’s happened up to this point since it’s been so long. There is only a bit of it that’s new, but it gives you an idea of what happened over Christmas.
As I move forward it will be in present time or a few months from present time...
